Support Ticket

In this page you can see the support ticket list in table. In the table every row have action menu, if you click this Chat button then you can see a massaging interface. Also you can see on the top of right corner have two button one is Create Support Ticket and another is Recent Ticket Chats. if you click on the Create Support Ticket button then it will appear a modal form to create a support ticket.

You can open a ticket for any user on this page.

In this page you will see the chat list and chat history. You can send a message on open ticket with attachment. You can close any ticket by click Close on top op right corner.
